The bed was comfortable. Seems like a good place for families with children on a lower budget.
Would have expected more for the price. Not even a cup in the room. The property needs a gardener badly. The pool was closed.
It was near all the places I wanted to go to
Location was great, staff very friendly. The rooms had nice loud fans which were necessary to drown out the drunk/partying neighbors.
At 150 bucks a night, this was a total ripoff. The complex is kind of retro-beach shabby, but for that kind of money I expect more. The towels were thin and dingy, rooms were bare bones. The location right on the bike trail and near the National Seashore is what it has going for it.
A continental breakfast is included in the price of the hotel, and it was very convenient for my family to be able to eat something there in the morning. Although we did not get the chance to use the pool, it looked beautiful and we would have enjoyed it, I'm sure. I also like that it was close to where the rest of my family was staying in Wellfleet.
There was no sink in the bathroom, so when I got up early to get ready and I needed the sink & mirror, I woke my family up. Also, at times, I could smell cigarette smoke from people either outside or in a room nearby (?). All in all, though, we had a nice stay and would return for another stay.
Good location, close to family home in Eastham. Good value for July 4th, and only 1 night required stay.

It was a nice, comfortable room at a very reasonable price. The motel operator was very friendly and accomodating.
This motel was a great location to explore all of the Cape. I liked it because it allowed pets. The room was clean. The bike path was right behind the motel. It is a lovely area.

Location is nice, very close to the rail trail.
When we first came in the room there were ants and spiders on the wall. It was very dirty (hair in the bathroom, dirty sink/faucet/tub ... ). Furniture were very old and in a poor shape. Sheets did not look that clean. A lot of dust on every furniture. Very few light in the room, poor lightning. Breakfast was very poor (we even had a fly in the bread). A couple bagel/industrial muffins and powder coffee can not be called "continental breakfast". We will never come back to this motel. This motel does not deserve his 2 stars.
It was very comfortable, safe and relaxing. I was there with my girlfriend and we both loved it. Pool was great and there are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court and a volleyball area. Not the most modern sporting set up but very good for both adults and children. Staff were very good and always there to help. I would (and already have) recommend this to friends and family and if I am lucky to go to Cape Cod again, I would stay here again. Good spot for R&R. Not so much for drinking and partying. Like other places in the Cape, car hire would be needed unless you fancy cycling 10+ miles a day getting to beach and back.
The man who checked us in was very nice, and the hotel was generous with the number of towels left for us to use.
The counter around the sink was not clean, nor was the bathroom floor.
